CAROLINE
Caroline began her career as a baking assistant for Matt Herren and Debbie Sultan, co-founders of 222 Artisan Bakery & Goshen Coffee Company. Matt and Deb quickly recognized Caroline’s love and dedication to her craft, and took her under their wings. As part of her training, she attended the renowned San Francisco Baking Institute. With The Goshen Coffee Company growing, Matt offered Caroline full ownership of the Artisan. In July 2011, she became its new owner, vowing to continue the tradition of providing quality products to her customers, a tradition that Matt and Debbie so carefully nurtured.
